In compliance with the provisions established in the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (hereinafter the “Law”), Netsd Technology S.A. of C.V. (hereinafter collectively “NetSD“) with address at Av. Sebastian Bach 5431, La Estancia 45030 Zapopan, Jal. México, makes its knowledge of privacy policy and personal data management, in the that at all times it will look for the treatment of them to be legitimate, controlled and informed, in order to guarantee the privacy of the data provided.

“NetSD” through the portal netsd.mx hereinafter the “Portal”), has among other objectives, the conviction to protect personal data, and sensitive personal data, where appropriate, provided by visitors and users of the Portal or any means of collecting such personal data; as well as the principles of legality, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality and responsibility in the treatment thereof (hereinafter, together with the “Information”). Therefore, “NetSD” has established the following provisions to protect said Information.

In certain cases, “NetSD” at its own discretion will keep in its files the information that the user has requested was withdrawn, in order to resolve disputes or claims, detect problems or incidents and solve them for a period of time determined by law.
